It is further alleged that earlier on Monday at approximately 2:30 p.m., Buffalo Police officers responded to a store on the 1000 block of Grant Street near Military Road for a reported shooting. The victim, identified as 43-year-old male Shukri Muthana of Lackawanna, died at the scene. Mohamed is accused of intentionally causing Muthana's death in the city's Black Rock neighborhood.
