CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WBEN).....One of the oldest apartment buildings in the City of Tonawanda has landed new owners.
Investors McKeown Manor LLC paid $830,000 for the seven-unit apartment complex at 49 William Street in the City of Tonawanda, buying it from fellow investors 49 William Street Apartments LLC.
The complex was constructed in 1935.
The deal works out to $118,571 per unit or roughly 29% above the regional, per-unit price of $91, 710.
In other commercial deals of note:
* A former Rite Aid pharmacy ay 2453 Elmwood Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda has been acquired by investors 2453 Elmwood LLC, who paid $1.040,000 for the nearly 20,000-square-foot vacant building.
Plans call for the building to be renovated into an Ace Hardware store.
* Ellicott Development sold a vacant 21,000-square-foot warehouse at 144 William Street in Buffalo to investors M&D Grit Ventures, wo paid $545,000 for the property.
