BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN).....A Seneca Street building that houses one of South Buffalo's best known pizzerias has been sold to a local investment group.
1880 Seneca Street LLC paid $330,000 for the building at 1880 Seneca Street and houses Artone's Pizza & Subs.
Artone's, a popular pizzeria, will remain as the building's lone tenant.
Hook & Ladder Development LLC sold the building as part of its plan to divest itself from many of its real estate holdings.
