Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - 43-year-old Kenneth James of Lockport has plead guilty to second degree manslaughter after shooting a bicyclist with a pellet gun.
The incident occurred in August of last year on Broadway near Krettner Street in Buffalo.
According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, James recklessly shot the pellet gun at 38-year-old Joseph Dash, who died at the scene.

An autopsy revealed the victim died from a pellet striking him in the chest.
James faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.
He'll be sentenced on June 6.
