Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Lockport man is going to prison for killing a man with an air gun. 44-year-old Kenneth James will be serving 2-to-6 years in prison after he was sentenced in Erie County Court on Monday.
James admitted to shooting 38-year-old Joseph Dash with an air gun while Dash was riding a bike on Broadway near Krettner in Buffalo last year. Dash died at the scene from a pellet shot to the chest.
