Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police arrested 52-year-old Marco Barajas-Barron of Mexico on Friday after Customs and Border Protections agents found child porn in the man's car.
Barajas-Barron was stopped by agents at the Peace Bridge after making a wrong turn. After looking at his personal information, the agents found that Barajas-Barron had previously been flagged for potentially carrying material showing the sexual assault of a child.
After conducting a search, the agents found child porn in the man's possession. Buffalo Police officers from the Central District were then called to the scene.
Barajas-Barron has been charged with two felony counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
