Porter, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is probing a death in the Town of Porter on Monday.
At around 3:25 p.m., deputies say they got a call of a man injured while cutting a tree. Deputies and EMS personnel found the 59-year-old man, who died from his injuries.
The vicitm's name not being released, pending notification of family. The incident remains under investigation.
