Amherst, N.Y. (WBEN) - Amherst police say the motorcyclist involved in a crash Friday morning has died.
According to the Amherst Police Department, a 63-year-old man from Marion was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle when a car driven by a 69-year-old woman from Amherst turned onto Campus Drive, crossing into the Harley's path, causing the collision.
The driver of the motorcycle suffered critical injuries and was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment.
He was pronounced dead at around 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.
