BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - The 10 p.m. curfew for all restaurants in New York State has resumed after an appellate court judge ruled in favor of the state on Wednesday.
The ruling impacts only those restaurants who previously defeated the state in court last Friday. A temporary restraining order was issued last Friday which gave those restaurants the ability to operate beyond the state's 10 p.m. curfew.
Restaurants involved in the lawsuit can argue their case before a judge next Tuesday.
