City of Tonawanda, N.Y. (WBEN)......What had been a former Rite Aid pharmacy location in the City of Tonawanda will soon be renovated into an O'Reilly Auto Parts location.
O'Reilly Auto Enterprise LLC paid $1.65 million for the former Rite Aid at 47 Niagara Street, buying from investors REMHY LLC.
The deal is that latest where O'Reilly has purchased former Rite Aid sites for its area locations. That includes a deal on Buffalo's West Side that was completed two weeks ago.
The 12,738-square-foot building was constructed in 1999 but has been vacant for the past two years after Rite Aid closed.
