A Brockport State junior is dead and 5 others injured in a shooting early Saturday morning at a Halloween Party in Lockport.
Killed was 21-year old Cheyenne Farewell of Medina, a young woman who had been a cheerleader while attending Medina High School some two years ago. In addition two other current Medina High students were injured.
The shooting happened just after midnight Saturday. There is a report that video surveillance shows two men approaching a side door and opening fire.
Lockport Police responded to shots fired at a home at 43 South Niagara Street.
The Shooting remains under investigation. A Go-Fund_Me page has been set up to help Cheyenne's family.
