Leaders from the Seneca Nation of Indians, along with law enforcement officials, are continuing to investigate a series of threats made in late February against some of the tribal leaders and the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.
The three threats all came within a 48 hour period.
Seneca officials declined to comment.
However on a Facebook post, JC Seneca - Seneca Nation president - said it is priority to identify the person or persons who made the threats and if it is deemed to be confirmed criminal behavior the "perpetrators will be held accountable."
"Our Nation employees should not be put in harm's way for doing their jobs," Seneca said in his Facebook post. "Our patrons should not have any safety concerns while visiting our properties."
No arrests have been made.
