HAMBURG, N.Y. (WBEN) – After it was cancelled a year ago due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Western New Yorkers were thrilled to return to the fairgrounds.
Whether it's the variety of new foods, entertainment each night, the rides, or just the return of a sense of normalcy, there's plenty of reasons families attended this year's fair.
"It's one of those community traditions," Jason from Orchard Park said. "You sometimes get caught in your own little bubble over the last year. You can come out and see people from all over the community, and play all these fun games and eat all this good and stuff."
The fair runs each day through August 22. All tickets must be bought online. No tickets will be sold at the gates.
