WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WBEN)......What had been a Rite Aid location in the heart of West Seneca is now becoming a new clinic for Spectrum Human Services.

Spectrum Human Services Foundation Inc. paid $3.35 million for the former Rite Aid, buying it from 4628 Group Inc. - an affiliate of Ellicott Development Co.

Spectrum will be moving into the building this summer.

The deal is the latest where former Rite Aids have been sold and found new uses.

The 14,564-square-foot former Rite Aid was constructed in 2006.
