Buffalo, NY (WBEN) As the Bills battle the Ravens Sunday night in the AFC Divisional Playoff, Bills Mafia will be battling the cold with temperatures in the teens. So, what's the best way to enjoy the game without shivering?

Staying on warm on Sunday night, it's going to be a little tricky," says Matt Stawicki, a manager with the Lockport Outdoor Store. He recommends Merino wool base layers to keep warm. "Try to avoid cotton socks. Cotton base layers. Mittens are always warmer than gloves. It's going to be a game of layers. So good base layer, couple mid layers. Make sure you have a waterproof, windproof outer jacket or snow pants, and hope for the best," says Stawicki.

Stawicki says Merino wool is superior to cotton when it comes to keeping warm. "Merino wool pulls sweat and moisture off you, having so many layers on and moving around, walking from the tailgate to the stadium, you will sweat a little bit. And when you sweat, you get cold, so wool pulls that sweat off of your body, where cotton keeps it close, and you will feel wet, damp, and that'll be a bad third quarter," notes Stawicki.

So what can you bring and can't bring to Highmark Stadium? Andy Major says battery operated clothes are permissible. "That's something that was a change a couple of years ago based on working closely with the NFL and getting a lot of fan feedback, feedback from our staff, especially that work out the stands and out in the elements," says Major.

Major says fans can bring in extra clothing to the stadium. "We do have a bag policy. So if fans are going to bring in a clear plastic bag to put some of their gear in, that's fine too. Just has to be clear plastic and the proper size, 12x 12 x 6 inches," explains Major.

Stawicki says at his store the battery heated vests have been the hot seller.

Kickoff is at 6:30pm Sunday.
