Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Former Erie County Democratic Party Chairman Steve Pigeon will surrender himself to New York State Police in Clarence Thursday, sources confirm for WBEN.
The Buffalo News Thursday first reported Pigeon was asked to surrender to a child molestation charge.
WBEN has independently confirmed Pigeon will surrender to police and denies the charge.
Pigeon is also amidst legal turmoil surrounding his 2018 guilty plea related to a campaign finance charge.
