Clarence, NY (WBEN) State Police arrested Tyshawn N. Wilson, 18, of Buffalo, NY for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (E-Felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree (D-Felony) and Conspiracy 5th degree and a 15-year-old male operator was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (E-Felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree (D-Felony) and Unlawful Fleeing of a Police Officer in connection with a vehicle theft and chase Tuesday..
Around 8:15 P.M., troopers says they received a 911 call for a stolen 2024 Jeep Wagoneer from a residence on Wilyoungs Overlook Lane in Clarence. They say they determined that the Wagoneer was unlocked, and the keys were in the vehicle. Troopers utilized the tracking devices within the vehicle to locate the suspects route of travel. The Wagoneer was located along the Kensington in Buffalo. Troopers and Buffalo Police tried to stop the vehicle, which fled from law enforcement. The vehicle stopped near Best Street and Norway Park and the two suspects attempted to flee on foot but were outran and arrested.
Both suspects were processed at SP Clarence.
