Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Traffic on the Skyway ramp to the 190 North has reopened after a semi tipped over this morning.
Around 9:30am, on the 190 North Seneca Street (near Pearl Street Grill) at Route 5, the crash happened. Police blocked off the exit for several hours.
We have been told the driver of the tractor trailer was able to crawl out of the cab and is now walking around.
