Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 16-year-old Niagara Falls woman was fatally shot very early Friday morning in the first block of Elmer Avenue in Buffalo.
Buffalo Police have arrested two young males, ages 14 and 17, in that shooting. They have both been charged with Murder in the Second Degree, and also Robbery in the First Degree.
Buffalo Police homicide detectives worked closely with the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
