Williamsville, NY (WBEN) Federal and state investigators executed a search warrant at the home of State Supreme Court Judge John Michalski Thursday morning. No arrests or charges reported, according to the judge's attorney.
Michalski's attorney Terry Connors did not have any word on the warrant. "I learned this morning there were agents at the home," says Connors. "I advised them to cooperate fully and they did." Connors did not know the nature of the warrant.
Connors says there are no charges pending and there's no decision on whether there will be charges.
Michalski has made headlines in recent months after returning from medical leave following injuries he suffered in a train incident. He was returned to the bench in January.
