Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Buffalo woman pleads guilty to child endangerment and criminal mischief in connection with vandalism last fall.
40 year old Stacy Matthews admits to driving six juveniles under her care to a business on Lincoln Parkway last October, where the children deliberately vandalized outdoor furniture and windows, causing $2,000 in damage. Matthews failed or refused to exercise reasonable control of the children aged 10 to 16 to prevent them from becoming juvenile delinquents.
She faces 364 days in a jail when sentenced in June.
