BUFFALO (WBEN) - A 27-year-old man is now facing charges following Sunday afternoon's shooting at Allen Burger Venture that injured two people.

"At one point, the suspect went into the employee locker room and retrieved a handgun," said Rinaldo. "He did fire one round, which struck the ground, and that bullet fragmented into two pieces, striking a second worker who was not a part of the altercation, as well as another individual who was not an employee of the restaurant."

While the suspect immediately fled the scene, Rinaldo said the Buffalo SafeCam Program and good police work, the suspect was identified quickly, and he surrendered Monday at Buffalo Police Headquarters.

Tysheim Evans has been charged with reckless endangerment as well as criminal possession of a weapon.
