CHERRY HILL, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — Crumbl Cookies, a popular franchise that has been expanding across the region, opened another storefront on Garden State Boulevard in Cherry Hill. One small problem: GPS maps are taking customers to the wrong place.
In fact, some search engines say the store’s location is actually the nearby home of Joe and Holly Jaroslaw, and people hungry for cookies end up knocking on their door.
The Jaroslaws recently moved to that house, which is just behind Costco. Over the past few months, they expected friendly new neighbors to greet them, not total strangers looking for sweets.
“I’ve had people walk into our garage. I’ve had people bang on the door at 9 at night. I’ve had more cars than I can count driving on our street, looking around like, OK, there’s no cookie store here. These are all townhouses and condos,” Joe Jaroslaw said.
He estimates 10 or so confused customers have come up to their door.
“Guy is like, ‘I’m looking for Crumbl, you’re supposed to be Crumbl,’ ” added Holly Jaroslaw.

The Crumbl store is actually further down the way on Garden State Boulevard.
Joe Jaroslaw said he isn’t angry, just frustrated.
“One of the reasons we moved here was to enjoy the complex, meet new neighbors. Not to be mistaken for a cookie store,” he said.
Crumbl told KYW Newsradio it is aware of the issue, and it has updated its listings on Google, Apple and Yelp. But until the listings are officially fixed, the Jaroslaws ask customers to double-check their surroundings — and maybe don’t try to buy cookies from a townhouse with no signage promising cookies.
