Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A North Collins man pleads guilty to raping a young victim earlier. this year.
21-year-old Andrew S. Kief pleaded guilty before Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case to one count of Rape in the Second Degree, a Class "D" felony, which prosecutors say was the highest sustainable charge.
Prosecutors say Kief admitted he engaged in sexual intercourse with a victim who was less than 15-years-old at a location in the Town of Brant on January 17, 2020.
Kief faces a maximum of 7 years in prison when he is sentenced on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m
