Before he was hired to harvest and then sell memorabilia from "old" Highmark Stadium, Brandon Steiner was told to expect a lot of interest from Buffalo Bills' fan, especially the Bills' Mafia.
But, even Steiner, CEO of CollectionsXChange, said the advance warning didn't live up to reality.
"I've been around a long time and never seen such a passionate fan base," Steiner said.

CollectionsXChange crews removed 40 throughs from men's bathrooms in Highmark Stadium. All were put on sale on April 1 with a $5,000 price tag
Two days later, only 15 remain for sale and those could be sold by the end of weekend.
Mind you, the throughs are very used.
"That says something," Steiner said.
Throughs aren't the only hot items.
Steiner said the stadium's turf, especially the yard line numbers and markers and anything from either end zone.
Pieces of turf are going for $99.
"Turf is definitely the next hot item," Steiner said.
There's also interest in seats, seat backs and even signs.
"People have such a soft spot for the stadium," Steiner said.
All of the Highmark Stadium memorabilia will be removed by May 1 to make way for its demolition.
