Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have closed on a new house.

The daughter, 39, and son-in-law, 40, of former President Donald Trump purchased a six-bedroom, 8,510-square-foot waterfront property in South Florida, reports the area real estate outlet The Real Deal.

According to the outlet, property records indicate the sale was closed in April.

The estate is located in Indian Creek, a gated island located north of Miami beach. The home resides on a 1.3-acre lot and includes reflecting pools, a double staircase, a resort-style pool and a large dock.

The property was first listed in October for $25 million. It previously sold for $7 million in 2008.

Indian Creek is home to several other wealthy homeowners, the outlet reports. Trump and Kushner’s new neighbors will include billionaire Carl Icahn, billionaire hedge funder Eddie Lampert, Hotels.com co-founder Bob Diener, and developer Jeffrey Soffer.

“Sábado Gigante” host Don Francisco was also a resident of the community until recently, when he sold his home for $23.8 million.

The Trump family has kept a generally low profile since Trump left office in January — but nonetheless have been spotted in public on a few occasions.

On Thursday, new photos revealed the youngest Trump child, 15-year-old Barron, after an apparent growth spurt looming large over his mom Melania while the two walked outside of Trump Tower in New York City.

Ivanka has been sporty in recent months, taking a stroll on the beach in May, and, in June, rocking a peach crop top in Miami on one occasion and a vibrant yellow cut-out dress on another.

Melania donned a sleeveless polka-dot dress at a brunch she attended for Mother’s Day back in May.
