Trump uttered the profanity, which was censored on the radio broadcast but aired on the shows live feed, while discussing Iranian support for groups that have been designated as terrorist by the United States. The lengthy interview was one of Trump’s firsts since he announced that he and the First Lady tested positive for COVID-19.
Trump was briefly hospitalized following his diagnoses but left the hospital a few days later.
President Trump also said during the show Iran is "dying to have me lose" and touted his withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal of the Obama administration.
Trump and Limbaugh have a strong relationship and the conservative host was awarded the Medal of Freedom from the president earlier this year.
The President covered several topics during his two-hour appearance on the Rush Limbaugh show including his positive COVID-19 test, his opponent in the 2020 presidential race, Black Lives Matter, negotiations for a second stimulus and at one point criticized FOX News.
