AMAGANSETT, N.Y. (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Alec Baldwin put himself on camera for a video posted to his real estate agency’s YouTube channel, which showed the “30 Rock” actor gush about his Hamptons home in an effort to help sell the $19 million property.

“Hey, I’m Alec Baldwin. I’ve had a home out here on the east end of Long Island since 1982,” the star said as he walked along the beach, introducing viewers to his history in the area.

The video, posted to the Saunders & Associates YouTube page on Monday, shows Baldwin, 65, give an outdoor tour of his home for sale, located at 335 Town Lane in Amagansett.

Since 1982, Baldwin explains that he jumped around the area, renting for five years, buying a small cottage for another seven or eight before purchasing the 10 acres that house his 10,000 square foot estate.

The house, which Baldwin bought in 1995 and built extensions for in 1996 and 2014, was originally built in 1740. In the promotional video, Baldwin discusses its history as the main family home of the Potter family, of the former Potter farm.

“You just can’t get this out here anymore, you can’t buy big pieces of land, especially in Amagansett, that I know of,” Baldwin said.

The video includes sweeping aerial views of the large white farmhouse and sprawling green lawns, with the backyard pool in sight.

According to Baldwin, there is open land surrounding the property, and a meadow in front of the property, that is reserved.

The Saunders & Associates listing of the home touts the property’s seven bedrooms, seven baths and amenities that include a screened-in porch, movie theater, wine-tasting room, wood-paneled library, hot tub and fenced-in vegetable garden.

The estate was first listed in September 2022 for $29 million, mere months after Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria, sold their Cleveland, NY, lake house for $530,000, the New York Post reported.

It was briefly taken down in November due to soaring mortgage rates on Long Island, leaving the re-listing $10 million cheaper with more aggressive sale tactics.

Baldwin and his wife still own a multi-million dollar penthouse in Greenwich Village.

“I love coming here,” Baldwin concluded the video. “I’m always happiest when I come here, especially this time of year. I love it in the wintertime because it’s so peaceful, and it’s so beautiful.”
