NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Police are searching for two armed suspects who robbed a man sitting inside a car on a Harlem street before fleeing on a moped earlier this month.

Police said a 48-year-old man was seated in the front passenger seat of a vehicle parked in front of 429 Lenox Ave. when he was approached by two suspects just before 2 a.m. on Monday, September 5.
According to officials, the suspects displayed a firearm and demanded property before stealing his chain, a fanny pack and $70 cash.
The suspects fled the location on a moped traveling westbound on West 131st Street.
No injuries were reported.
