Burglar who entered woman's Brooklyn apartment through window sought by NYPD

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a man wanted in connection to a burglary that occurred at Brooklyn apartment early Wednesday, authorities said.

At approximately 5 a.m., the. the suspect entered the apartment of a 27-year-old woman through her unlocked living room window at a residence in the vicinity of Troutman Street and Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick and stole her laptop and charger, officials said.

The suspect fled in an unknown direction.

No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.

The suspect is described as a man with a medium complexion, approximately 30-40 years of age, 5'9" tall, 170 pounds, and medium build. He was last seen wearing a black Adidas logo hat, black sneakers, black pants and jacket.
