NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police released a photo on Friday of a man accused of groping a teen girl inside an Upper West Side subway station earlier this week.
It happened at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, as a 16-year-old girl was standing inside of the 96th Street subway station on the northbound 1 train island platform, authorities said.
According to officials, the suspect approached the girl and grabbed her under her clothing before fleeing the station to parts unknown.
The teen did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident.
