The NYPD released surveillance video Thursday showing the five males they’re searching for walking up a staircase at the Castle Hill Houses.

The attack took place about two blocks away, at Seward and Pugsley avenues, in Castle Hill around 8 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

The group approached the 16-year-old victim and began punching, kicking and stabbing him, according to police.

The victim suffered two stab wounds to his back and one stab wound to his hip, police said. He was taken by private means to Montefiore Medical Center in stable condition.

The group fled the scene on foot after the attack, according to police.
