NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — Police are searching for a group of thieves who robbed a Bronx barbershop at gunpoint while at least one customer waited for a haircut late last month.

The incident happened around 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 29, according to police, at the Ocoa Barber Shop on White Plains Road in the Soundview section of the borough.
Authorities said four men, two with handguns, entered the shop and immediately targeted a 47-year-old barber, stealing $300 in proceeds from him and a necklace valued at $2,000.
The thieves also targeted a 30-year-old man, who was waiting for a haircut inside the shop, stealing his iPhone, wallet and keys.
Dramatic video released by the NYPD Wednesday showed the men rifling through the shop and threatening the victims with firearms.

The unidentified thieves then fled the scene without firing any shots. Two were on foot and two were on bicycles, according to cops.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
