New York Mets Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

The New York Mets will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Night and Roberto Clemente Day as they take on the Cincinnati Reds. An authentic Mariachi band will perform at the top of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda pre-game.
Mexican Independence Day Parade
Sept. 15, 2 - 7 p.m.
The Mexican Independence Day Parade is a vibrant celebration of culture, music and community on the historic avenue of Port Richmond on Staten Island.
New York Latino Film Festival

The New York Latino Film Festival (NYLFF) is the premier Urban Latino film event that produces culturally relevant and entertaining experiences that build audiences for Latino cinema and support the film community.
Hispanic Heritage Month with Chefs Rick Martinez and Joshua Lucio-Lasso

Chef Rick Martinez and Chef Joshua Lucio-Lasso will collaborate on a menu in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month highlighting dishes including Ceviche de camarón y leche de coco and Tacos gobernador.
New York Yankees Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

Join the New York Yankees as they celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month for select games during the 2023 regular season. Special event ticket includes a New York Yankees hat with your choice of flag, a regular sized hot dog and a drink.

Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez is teaming up with BRIC to host a celebration for Hispanic Heritage Month with honorees, performances and food for the community.
SHPE-NYC Hispanic Heritage Month Networking Event

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, SHPE-NYC will host a networking event and cultural presentation of My Magical Colombian Bus, alongside Teatro SEA, which will highlight the culture and history of Colombia.
Make Your Own Maracas!

The Bronx Library Center will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by making maracas! Attendees will learn all about the history of the instrument and listen to some songs that feature maracas prominently.
Hispanic Day Parade

New York City's Hispanic Day Parade returns to Fifth Avenue starting at 44th Street y ending at 77th Street where 21 countries including Colombia, Honduras, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico and the Dominican Republic unite to showcase their music and culture.
Ballet Hispanico Celebración Latina
Oct. 15, 1 - 5 p.m.
Join the celebration the Ballet Hispánico way with live music, dancing, and food from local vendors on the street and, inside their headquarters. There will also be performances by the dance company and students from the school of dance, as well as free dance classes.
