NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Friday released an image of a suspect on a moped accused of bashing a man in the head with a bottle on a Kips Bay street last month, authorities said.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 14, a 24-year-old man was in the vicinity of East 23rd Street and 2nd Avenue when a man riding on a moped struck the victim in the head with a glass bottle.
The suspect then fled on the moped to parts unknown.
The victim refused medical attention.
