NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- The NYPD released surveillance footage of a man they are searching for accused of breaking the window of a Queens church earlier this week.

The incident happened on Tuesday, March 8, at 1:30 a.m. at the Community Church of Christ, located at 167-04 108th Avenue in Jamaica, officials said.
According to police, the suspect used a stick to break the front window frame of the main entrance of the church and the glass window located by the front entrance ramp.
The unidentified male fled on foot. The investigation, by the NYPD’s Hate Crime Unit, is ongoing.
