Thief pushes woman, pregnant daughter to ground in E. Harlem mugging

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A woman and her pregnant daughter were pushed to the ground and robbed on an East Harlem street Monday night, police said.

The two victims were attacked around 10 p.m. at East 125th Street and First Avenue.

The thief pushed them to the ground and then stole a purse and a wallet, police said.

The victims suffered minor injuries and are expected to be okay, according to police.

A description of the suspect hasn't been released as the investigation continues.
