This morning, Foxx & Annie welcomed Brandon Tyler Harris to the studio to bid us goodmorrow in character as Sir Robin of Locksley to tell us all about this year's Renaissance Faire happening in Tuxedo, NY.

While the New York Renaissance Faire has been taking place in Tuxedo, NY for over 40 years now, with tons of shops and stages spread across the 65-acre outdoor complex, this will be Brandon's first year performing as Robin Hood. Part of the experience during each day at the faire is a skirmish between Robin and the Sherrif of Nottingham, which plays out throughout the day -- with mixed results. As Brandon... err... Robin says, "That would take away the tension," although he admits Robin does have a pretty good winning streak. "Perhaps this is the year that the villains win," he wonders.
Of course, it's not all about swordplay at the faire... there's tons of food -- most famous of course being the giant turkey leg that you absolutely could win a joust with - -as well as acrobats, jugglers, dancers, and many different shops with artisans selling incredible custom clothing and wares.
