Hazardous driving conditions are expected for southern Minnesota and into the Twin Cities with a blast of winter weather hitting the region into Sunday.

February 23, 2019 The worst of the bad weather is expected along the southern border of Minnesota and as far north as Marshall, Willmar, and Mankato.
"As the snow begins to diminish, the winds will begin to pick up," said National Weather Service meteorologist Taylor Hasenstein. "More significant travel hazards are expected."
