The amenities that will close on May 1st include playgrounds and skateparks. Nets will be removed from tennis and volleyball courts and basketball rims will be removed or blocked. Picnic areas will include signage that states that less than 10 people can gather at once. Disc golf areas will be required to physically distance in the same manner as golf courses. The park board says that these measures are to keep park-goers safe.
