The Minnesota State Fair did not set an attendance record for Saturday... but the crowd was still pretty big.
The official count announced Sunday afternoon: 209,105.
That's about 11,000 fewer than the all-time record for the first Saturday of the fair, set a year ago.

Attendance figures for Sunday are announced Monday afternoon.
With a weather forecast that calls for high temperatures in the 70's, there's a good chance the Minnesota State Fair will surpass 2 million for the second straight year.
