The Timberwolves and Lynx are partnering with three organizations to increase voter registration throughout the area in an intitiative they are calling "Pack the Vote."

Through this initiative, the organizations will be partnering with When We All VoteRISE to Vote, and I am a voter to go into various under-resourced communities in the Twin Cities and help residents become registered to vote for the 2020 United States Presidential election. They will also help residents complete the 2020 United States Census while following COVID-19 guidelines.

Pack the Vote will offer nonpartisan voter education, voter resources, and assist with digital and in-person voter registration options.

“As we continue to develop programming to support our community and build a more equitable society, removing barriers and encouraging all to exercise their right to vote is a key component to initiating change,” said Timberwolves and Lynx CEO Ethan Casson. “Our new civic engagement initiative, Pack the Vote, will focus on increasing voter registration, providing voter education and resources, and inspiring civic engagement.”

Pack the vote released three voter resources  on Tuesday in addition to announcing the initiative. They include:
