The Timberwolves are reportedly involved in a trade.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Minnesota is sending Jeff Teague and Treveon Graham to the Atlanta Hawks. In return they receive guard Allen Crabbe, the 31st overall pick of the 2013 draft who's scored an average of 9 points per game for his career. This was the 6-5 shooting guard's first time in Atlanta after stints in Portland and Brooklyn.
Wolves add a player who has historically been a good shooter, though not as sharp this season. Opens a roster spot as well to give them added flexibility https://t.co/qW7Q4C4Dvo

January 16, 2020 Allen Crabbe is in the final year of his contract. Expiring for expiring. Wolves try to address a need for shooting, but don't hamper long-term flexibility.
