The Timberwolves have played two games following the regular season, and both times there was a protest aimed at the team's owner.
Saturday in Memphis, a woman chained herself to the basket stanchion and stopped play with 4:44 left in the second quarter of the first-round playoff game between the Wolves and Grizzlies.
The woman wore a T-shirt that read: "Glen Taylor Roasts Animals Alive."
It was similar to the shirt worn by a Direct Action Everywhere protester who tried to glue her hand to the court at Target Center during last Tuesday's play-in game where the Wolves beat the LA Clippers.
That woman was taken away by security.
During the incident on Saturday, security unchained the woman and five people carried her out of the main arena to the cheers of fans inside FedExForum.
Zoe Rosenburg, 19, had a chain and attached herself to the back of the basket closets to the Timberwolves' bench.
She was taken to the back and removed from the arena after security personnel removed the chain from around her neck.
She was arrested and being held Saturday night at the Shelby County jail on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
The woman who disrupted the game at Target Center is identified as Alicia Santurio, who was taken from the arena and given a trespass notice.
Timberwolves officials say they are looking at security measures following the incident.
