A 30-year old Fridley man will make his first court appearance Thursday after being charged in the attack on Fletcher's Ice Cream and Café in Northeast Minneapolis.
Firomsa Umar faces two counts of first degree arson in relation to tossing two Molotov cocktails at the shop last weekend.
The business suffered damage to the front window, nearby walls and cement.
Police arrested Umar on Monday after using security footage to identify Umar and his vehicle.
No one was injured in the attacks.
