Police say they've arrested a man believed to have pulled the trigger when a teenager was shot to death during a graduation party in Woodbury.
The arrest was made in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood of Saint Paul, and the suspect is in the Washington County jail.
Charges are not yet filed.
It was June 5th when Demaris Hobbs-Ekdahl was shot and killed.
He was at the party when a fight broke out between two groups.
He left with his step-father Keith Dawson, who returned to the part and shot into the fight.
Someone returned fire and hit the 14-year-old.
Dawson is already charged in the shooting.
