The attorney for St. Paul's police chief is calling St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her "odd" at best, and even "unhinged" in a wide-ranging interview with WCCO's Chad Hartman Tuesday.

The allegations from attorney Chris Madel come as more information and allegations surface on what prompted Police Chief Axel Henry's sexual harassment complaint against the mayor, and the formal investigation that is still underway.

Madel said at this point nothing would surprise him.

"I mean, the doctored memes, there's doctored photos that has been reported, the putting your face over things, the orgasming in the gym, the complimenting women's breasts, the other stuff that I'm aware of that hasn't come out yet," Madel explained.

Mayor Her released an initial statement last week saying some of her attempts at humor fell short an that she would not resign.

But Madel said there's more to come out about the mayor's behavior that hasn't yet been released as the investigation continues.

"We are just seeing somebody that frankly is at best odd, and at worst unhinged, and I think it's just going to get worse," he adds.

Madel is also denying that Henry is using the harassment complaint as payback for a rift between the two.

WCCO Radio has reached out to Her's office for comment and has not heard back.
