Charges are now filed following a deadly crash Wednesday night near downtown Minneapolis.

29-year-old Talon Walker was charged Thursday with one count of criminal vehicular homicide in the crash, which happened around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Investigators say Walker had a revoked license, and was driving an SUV at more than 100 miles per hour with an open bottle when he crashed into several vehicles as he exited the ramp from I-94 east near Lyndale Avenue.

26-year-old Natalie Gubbay was killed in the crash. A passenger in Walker's vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries.

Other victims ranged in age from two-years old to 62-years old and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Walker makes his first court appearance at 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
