Arson charges are filed against a Minneapolis man in one of two mosque attacks earlier this week.
Jackie Rahm Little is facing second-degree arson charges in connection with the fire Monday at Mercy Islamic Center.
Investigators say surveillance video shows Little entering the building with a gas can, which was later found near a fire on the top floor of the building.
They also say they've got him on video at a nearby gas station.
Police are still investigating an earlier fire at another mosque the day before. No charges yet in that one.
At last check, Little was not in custody.
