Duluth police say they have identified the man who attacked WCCO TV photojournalist Dymanh Chhoun outside of President Trump's rally Wednesday night in Duluth.
According the police, the man scene in the video had been in an argument with a woman prior to the video being taken. The man saw that the incident was being filmed and approached Chhoun before knocking the phone out of Chhoun's hand.
No one was injured and no property damage occurred. Police have not announced any charges in the incident.
